UNISOL started on January 1, 2026 with the business merger of Maruka Corporation and G-Net Corporation. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our customers and business partners for their long term support that guided us to this day. UNISOL will play a central role in the group as the Machinery & Tools segment of UNISOL Holdings Corporation.

MARUKA has met the diverse needs of its customers through a broad domestic and international network and ability to offer proposals through direct sales, while G-Net, as a wholesale trading company, has met the diverse needs of its customers through its deep product knowledge and mobility backed by relationships with a large number of suppliers. By combining the strengths of the two companies, this merger aims at "delivering unique solutions" and contributing to the development of manufacturing in Japan and around the world.

Our corporate brand "UNISOL" was born by combining the words "UNIQUE" and "SOLUTIONS." This embodies our strong belief and mission to deliver unprecedented, unrivaled and unique solutions.

The environment surrounding modern manufacturing is changing at an unprecedented pace, with intensifying global competition, accelerating technological innovation, and a demand for measures to address environmental issues.
